This Summer, Stop Performing. Just Be.
Summer on Film isn’t your average photo session. It’s slower, softer, and more intentional — captured entirely on 35mm film during golden hour, when the light is warm, the pace slows, and real moments have room to unfold.
These sessions are for families, couples, and individuals who don’t want perfect poses or forced smiles. They’re for people who want to remember the season the way it felt — laughter drifting on the breeze, barefoot kids running through the grass, the quiet comfort of just being together.
When you look back on your life, your favorite memories won’t be the ones where everyone stood still and smiled on cue. They’ll be the boat rides, the backyard chaos, the sunlit picnics, the hugs that lingered a little longer than usual.
That’s what we’re preserving here — not someone else’s idea of perfect, but the beauty of your own real life.

The Process
After our session, your film is professionally developed locally, then scanned by me — frame by frame — using a dedicated Nikon film scanner. This part isn’t outsourced. It’s slow, intentional work done by hand to preserve the color, grain, and character that make film so timeless.
From there, I carefully select and edit the strongest frames — at least 25 images — and sequence them into a linen-bound print album designed to feel as honest and personal as the session itself.
Your album is real and tactile — linen-bound with window-cut matteboard pages. No filters. No screens. Just prints you can touch, pass down, and revisit for decades.
The result isn’t just a gallery of photos. It’s a collection of memories, curated and crafted to reflect the story we captured together.
